The Quitman County Development organization has worked for over thirty years to help improve the quality of life in Northwest Mississippi. Our primary service areas include Quitman, Panola, Tallahatchie, and Coahoma counties.
QCDO has made a significant difference in the housing opportunities available in the Quitman County area by offering home-buyers counseling and providing low interest loans or grants for housing rehabilitation.
Early Childhood QCDO's early childhood programs currently serves children in Quitman and surrounding counties. The programs offer a caring environment that will help children prepare for school and foster interest from parents in his/her child's education.
Young Adult QCDO provides students living in the target county system the opportunity to prepare for the future through hands on and real world applications by participating in during and after school programs.
